Hi -- I'm looking for Christmas costume for my child which need to be the "Elf" this year as designated by the school. Someone told me there's a kids' stuff store on the 19th floor in an old building in Central that might sell it. Unfortunately she couldn't remember the name of the building or street. Does anyone happen to know where it is? Or anywhere else you think may have it? Thanks a lot!
