Stokke Highchair - baby seat

Anywhere I can buy a Stokke highchair with better discount? I understand the one in CitySuper offers 5% off (citysuper card).

Also, anywhere I can buy second hand "baby seat" part to be assembled into the highchair?
 
i think my sister got one shipped over from the UK, cost much less than citysuper (i think about $1300 or something- the only thing is, they don't guarentee 'safe' shipping' in other words if its damaged when it gets to you, then tough.
hers arrived safe and sound.
