Definitely need to ask your obgyn this question. I know that when I was pregnant, my obgyn preferred that I use inhaled antihistamine vs the oral tablets for allergies. But when I suffered from tendonitis, the doctors advised me to live with the pain, because the treatment required steriod shot and the possible side effects baby could have is too much of a consequence. Even after birth, I could not take the shot, because doctor said that it is not medically proven that it will not get in the milk, causing bone deformities to my baby.
So definitely consult your doctor, gp, obgyn & pedia if necessary. Only they can advise you of the risk to yourself or your baby.
