Steamer Basket for Vegetables?

Hello- I am looking to purchase one of those "baskets" that you place in a saucepan to steam vegetables on the stovetop. They are metal and have lots of holes (something that of course is very easy to locate in the US!) Has anyone purchased one of these in HK? If so, can you please let me know where I might look? I thought I'd try Wing On, but ask people first for some ideas...Thank You!!!
 
I bought one from Panhandler in Prince's Building. I'm sure I've also seen it in IKEA. Remember to measure the diameter of your saucepan! ;)
