Statutory holiday - 2009

Happy New Year!!!

Do you have a lists of statutory holidays for 2009? Where can i find it? Thanks.

1. the first day of January;
2. Lunar New Year's Day; Jan 26
3. the second day of Lunar New Year; Jan 27
4. the third day of Lunar New Year; Jan 28
5. Ching Ming Festival; April 4
6. the first day of May;
7. Tuen Ng Festival; May 28
8. the day following the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival; Oct 3
9. Chung Yeung Festival; Oct 26
10. Chinese Winter Solstice Festival or Christmas Day (at the option of the employer);
11. the first day of July; and
12. the first day of October.

Yes, ONLY this is required, and not all red day in the calendar. I have to know this now as my previous helper gets all the holidays and i did not know that there are statutory holidays only. Of course, they won't tell you.
