it is thick cut chips/fries topped with cheese curds and gravy... it's french canadian and a staple at almost every place in canada. OMG! soooooo yummy! OMG! sooooo unhealthy! LOL!

ps> just got a BEAUTIFUL "trenchcoat" type WARM coat, hounds-tooth style for my almost 3 yr old daughter in SZ. she loves it and so do daddy and i! asking price, $280... price i paid $150. i may still have "overpaid" for it, but i was happy with the price and i LOVE the jacket, so not a problem. it was one of those things that you see and then you keep coming back to it throughout the day... i'm VERY glad i got it!
 
hey anyone know what tiem the shops open in Stanley? Have to head out there this week with MIL in town and want to go early.
