Stamp pads - where to find?

I am hoping to find some stamp pads/stamps that can be used on children's skin - similar to the stamps they may receive at playgroups and such.

Does anyone know where I can find these? I found a few stamps at Imagical in Ocean Terminal, but the ink rubs right off skin, so I am thinking they are more for paper.
