Spare Parts for SIEMENS Washing Machine

Hi All,
2 yrs ago we bought Siemens washing mashine in HK. Meanwhile we've moved back to our home country and now there is a problem with the machine and acc. to the technician we need to change Electric circuit. There are no spares for this model here. I'll be in HK in a couple of weeks and I wanted to buy the missing spare part. Any ideas when this can be purchased in HK?

P.S. I've already tried contacting Siemens they dont reply to my mails.
 
Don't bother emailing companies in HK because they seldom respond. Either call the store ((+852) 2511 2323) or visit their showroom in Central which is located at Shop G1, G/F, Baskerville House, 13 Duddell Street (22 Ice House Street), Central, Hong Kong.
 
Do call them to order first and check when and where u can collect them. Sometimes spare parts need to be ordered in advance.
