Soya Milk / Rice Milk / Oats Milk

Can a 13-month-old drink Soya Milk, Rice Milk, Oats Milk? My boy is always on formula but I wonder if I can introduce these milk to him. What shall I watch after introducing these to him, e.g. change of his poopy? Thanks.

Yes I introduced my son to all these milks at 12 months. At first I mixed with half formula and then gradually less and less formula over a couple of weeks. I occasionally give him cows milk as well. I don't really notice any change in his poop as he eats solids very well. People can be allergic to soya, but if you have given him tofu and soy yoghurt you shouldn't have any problems.
