South Horizons Pros and Cons

Hi, just like everyone in HK, we are looking for more space, but like the convenience of walkable essentials like shops and a cafe, and the convenience of being on the island..
South Horizons seems to offer most of those factors, and whilst the MTR doesn't open till 2015 we have a car and the busses look pretty connected.

does anyone else have any experience living there with small children/toddlers? it looks well positioned for Pok Fu Lam and Aberdeen schools etc.

Appreciate anyone else's insights or experiences.

Hi, flat in South Horizons available for rent/sale.
Nice deco with newly made floor tiles, air con, fridge, wardrobes, beds and cabinets. 2 bedrooms, 1helper room with 2 toilets. Specially large master bedroom and bed. If interested, pls contact me. Thanks
