Small Red Dot on the injection area?

Hi All,

My baby had below injections on mid of last month.

B.C.G. Vaccine
Hepatitis B Vaccine - First dose

Few days back she is having a red dot on her left hand. I do not know if this is because of the injections mentioned above or not.

Few days back this area was a bit hard, but no red circle. I showed this to the nurse during the rutine checkup and she says it ok.

But not its get red circle. Is it a worry?

Any idea?

It will be the bcg scab, very normal.
