Small Circle Song

Does anyone know the words & corresponding drawings to a song that I learned as a child, but cannot find anyone who remembers the words now??

It starts off with

small circle, small circle, big circle (drawing small circles for eyes, big circle for face)
six by six, six by six thirty six

That's all I remember, but the song leads baby to draw a Teddy bear. . . does anyone know it?? IT's been driviing me crazy, and I've asked my sisters, etc., and no one can remember the words or action. Please help. Thanks.

this is the boat we're going to ride on (a smiling mouth)
here's mama, here's papa (small circles inside ear) waving goodbye
six times six (one six and an opposit facing six to make the arms) is thirty six (fingers on the hand)
six times six (one six and an opposit facing one) makes magic (the ^ that connects these sixes)
 
Thanks a lot, I think this version is a little different than what little I recall, but definitely an improvement since it's at least complete & with instructions!!:cheerlead Will try to teach it this weekend. Thanks again.
 
I think it should be :

smal circle, small circle big circle (eyes n face)
small circle, small circle big circle (two small holes and a bigger circle to make up the snout)
this is the boat we're going to ride on (a smiling mouth)
here's mama, here's papa (half circles for ears) waving goodbye (make small half circles inside each ear)
six times six (one six and an opposit facing six to make the arms) is thirty six (fingers on the hand)
six times six (one six and an opposit facing one) makes magic (the ^ that connects these sixes)

I thought this was just a "Manila"-thing. This is how i used to draw bears as a child! I didn;t think anyone outside of the Philippines knew about it!
 
That's what Rani was saying that it must be a Philippine thing. Well it's not a Manila thing coz someone taught it in Zamboanga
