signing up for baby clubs

Just wondering if any of you also sign up to get samples and discounts from different baby product manufactures (Nestle, Mead Johnson, etc). This is the first time I am trying to do it in HK. They need proof of pregnancy, like clinic check up record or something. I go to Dr. Doo, and usually don't get any record from him on the prenatal checkups, what should I ask for to send to these 'baby clubs'?
 
Just ask for a receipt from your doctor. That can act as your proof.
My wife and I were actually automatically enrolled in all these clubs ever since we became VIP member of Eugene Club. The membership fee can be waived if you make a large enough purchase. Right afterwards, we started receiving all sorts of freebies in the mail. So perhaps you may consider this route.
