shoulder pads for Maclarens stroller

Does anyone know where I can buy shoulder pads that will fit well with the Maclarens 5 point harness. I've already checked bumps to babes they dont have any, mothercare sell shoulder pads, but they are more for for use with car seat belts. thanks
 
i have no idea if these fit, but i was in some local style toy shops in prince edward and know they have some similar shops in wanchai and saw some cute shoulder pads to be put over safety straps. as for whether those are carseats or for prams i don't know. there were in the style of winnie the pooh, mickey mouse, etc etc.

i was thinking of using them, but i'v got so many other toys hanging off my pram i didn't think i needed something else cluttering it up more.
