If the item is in our HK warehouse we deliver within 2 days. If we have to order it from the US, it takes 10-14 days. Orders are consolidated and sent to the US warehouse every Monday and the shipment arrives in a week.

Unfortunately, you placed your order on Tues and missed last week's consolidation. The DVD has been ordered and will arrive in a week.
