Shoes for toddler

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get my son's feet properly measured for shoes? He is 21 months and we normally get our shoes from overseas or from Footstop which I heard has closed.

Yes, dr. kong for my 20 months. He has 3 pairs and he loves it. Nikki, puma, reebok, new blance or Geox for kids are all very good.
