Try Footstops in Pottinger Street, Central. They are the only place in Hong Kong I've found that do width fittings. You can't be too careful with little ones feet. They stock Startrite shoes. But beware, they are expensive!
i really like Geox. They now sell toddlers sizes in HK retails. they have shops all over town, central, CWB. It's breathable soles & all shoes are made with genuine leather, and between $200-300/pair. always adjustable straps.
Just in case anyone's looking for shoes - Footstops has apparently closed down - I went to 10 Pottinger Street today and this is what the security guard told me, he said he has no other address for them.
Geox at Landmark is having a good sale on at the moment -up to 40% discounts on a lot of the kids' shoes - they seemed to have mostly sizes 27, 28 and 29 in stock though.
