I've tried HMV at Central, various Hong Kong Records and smaller shops. I know I could probably get it on Amazon but wanted to pick one up right away.

Errrgh - the reviews aren't so hot

Does anyone have any comments about this DVD? I read the reviews and they have certainly dampened my enthusiasm.

I went to shopinhk web and saw this stottpilatesrenatal pilates on the ball. I just want to ask if the ball is included with the dvd? The reason im asking is because i have a gym ball already. I would like to buy this because of the dvd. Thanks and hoping to see your reply...
