Hi everyone,
I'm hiding a big secret. After going along to one of the free "fitness assessment" sessions at my gym, I signed up for 50 sessions of PT. I'm feeling so guilty about the waste of money now, my husband and I are going to start trying for our first baby soon, so we were trying to save money
.
I know it's all my fault for being such a sucker, but I can't help but feel the PT employed sales tactics to get me to sign. And to sign big.
So now, I'm starting to go once a week to these sessions, but whenever I see the trainer I cant help but feel sick that I've been silly enough to be persuaded to spend such a ghastly amount!
So, knowing I can't get out of it, any suggestions on what I can do to maximize these sessions? Will it all be worth it to have a personal trainer during the pre-natal months?
In any case, thanks for reading, I had to get this off my chest!
And to anyone else offered these assessments, take a night or 2 to have a think before signing anything!
Trudging off to my session now...
