Sheung Shui/Fanling playgroup

Hi there,
we are new to HK and live in Sheung Shui. I have a 19 month old daughter and a 3,5 year old son who goes to kindergarten already.
Therefore, I am looking for an a.m. playgroup mainly in Sheung Shui or Fanling (or anything close by because she doesn't like to travel long distance). Anyone out there who would like to meet? She was in kindergarten back at home before and wants to go to school with her older brother, of course...

And naturally, my son also needs new friends to play with in the afternoon...
