Searching for Graco stroller spare parts in Hong Kong

I recently purchased a Graco DuoGlider LXI stroller, Model no. : 7951MTR,
Serial no. : 1223040098. However one of the rear wheels has come loose and
fallen and we have lost the rear wheel retainer and the hub cap for the rear
wheel and can therefore no longer use our stroller. We tried to purchase
these spare parts from www. gracobaby.com but they only ship within the US.
Therefore we would like to know if we can purchase those spare parts in Hong
Kong or if there is another website we can order them from that also ships
internationally?

May I know where did you buy the stroller, from a department store or the Graco outlet? I think there may be local agent of Graco. I check for you, if there is any news, I let you know ASAP.

I see, it is a 2nd hand one but did the seller give you the invoice? In HK, it seems only one major retailer sell GRACO. I contacted the retailer this morning and told the customer services your question. I am stilling waiting for their reply and attempting to get more information regarding the maintenance. Once I get the information, I will let your know.

I contacted the local wholesaler of GRACO but they said they don't carry any maintenance service. Then I contacted the major GRACO stroller retailer, EUGENE GROUP, they said the pram is an old model. They only provide maintenance service for GRACO stroller sold by them with invoice or warranty card. Sorry, a series of bad news to you.

You are so kind to do this research fo me. By the way, I don't know if is an old model but on the site gracobaby.com they still have these spare parts. Unfortuntely they send them (for free) only to the U.S and canada. Where is EUGENE GROUP and the Graco wholesaler? How can I contact them? Probably even if they don't do maintanance they can order only those small things for me and I can fix it myself.

Yes, you right. Try to contact the GRACO local agent representative, Ms. Pang at 2600 9874. And the major GRACO stroller retailer, EUGENE GROUP, I reached their Causeway Bay outlet, Tel: 2628 3777. Wishing them can help you as soon as possible.

I just want to say that you can have it sent to our house in Canada, and we'll bring it back for you. But the thing is we won't go there until July... Well... if all else fails...

For Crystal: thank you for the telephone numbers, I tried to contact them today but there was an answering machine and I didn't have time to try again many times. Hope I'll have more luck tomorrow.
I'll let you know as soon as I find them.

For Sara: I think July is a bit too late...it is very difficult to go around Hong Kong with two small children. Your offer is very kind, may be I can send you the picture of the piece I need and you can ask a friend to send it to me...too complicate.. Thanks anyway
 
I've been asking to many shops but it seems very difficult to find the spare parts. I don't want to buy a new stroller ( this one is new..) since they are too expensive. Does Anyone have any suggestion for me?

I had the same pbm with my kid's gracco stroller's wheel.
I brought the wheel from gracco showroom in following addr:

level 2 ( not sure about the floor no.)
Discovery Park
Tseun Wan

You can find all the stroller and its part there.

Hope this info will help you to fix ur kid's stroller.
