RIP Michael J

i agree that he was a huge musical talent who changed the industry forever, but i also believe that he did not know what behaviours were appropriate and inappropriate with young boys.

when you say so much left undone, i cannot help but feel grateful that more children than were already traumatised by him will not be. whether the children's parents showed poor judgement or not by allowing "sleepovers", the children are the victims.

Atthis point in time I choose to remember the old southern (US) adage of never speaking ill of the dead.

I was at that concert too! my sister was a die-hard fan aged about 10 - so funny! she just loved him. so we took her along and she cried when he came out on stage. it was gorgeous.

I remember the first cassette tape I've ever owned is the Thriller album.
We all know about his tumultous life and eccentricities, but his talent, creativity, artistry and music will forever live. My condolences to his children and family.

I am listening to his music now. gosh, he is really a great talent.
I will choose to miss the good things he had brought to the whole world, and to remember his Billy Jean face.

God bless his family and MJ wherever he is now.
