Replacing milk bottles

Just wondering....I know it's recommended that teats should be replaced every three months, how about the bottles? My son is 1 years old and we've been using the same bottles since birth, only replacing the teats every 3 months. The bottles look fine, just the teat holder and lid look a bit yellow after so many washes and sterilising treatments. I'm thinking that my son should still be on formula till at least 2 years old so wondering if it's necessary to replace bottles. Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I think you can start with a sippy cup around 10 months, that's when I started with my son and he's very good with sipping from those cups with straws, basically just getting them to get the hang of holding on to the cup for starters.

I started offering a sippy cup when my DD was around 10 months but she never really got the hang of them. Then I introduced a straw cup when she was about 12 months and she did very well. We eliminated bottles when she was 18 months.
