Relocation to HGK: Salary Comparison

Hi there,
I'm just wondering if anyone has had experience with relocation and salary packages or who knows what the deal generally is (husbands company is relocating us from Australia). I have seen various HGK salary guides already (ie Robert Walters / Jobs DB Salary Index) - are the figures quoted exclusive of a housing allowance? Hubby is moving into a regional role FMCG [Asia]. Thanks!
