Red dots on baby's face

My baby is just over 2 weeks old and I noticed she had a red dot on her forehead a couple of days ago. However, this morning, I found that she has a few more red dots on her cheeks (but the original one on her forehead is gone).

The dots are very small, perfect circles and was flat this morning. They have risen a tiny bit this afternoon. No white head or anything of that sort at all. Does this sound like baby acne? She doesn't seem to be bothered by them, but I am not sure what they are.

Any help will be appreciated.

I am not sure if its the same but I was at the paediatrician last friday and he did mention that the baby would have some spots which looks like pimples on his face within the
1st month (my boy is only 10 days old) he also have some spots on his forehead and it got slightly better today. and he say that there is nothing to panic as long as it does not get too sereve. He also mentioned that it would go away naturally.

good to hear that, my baby also has some weird spots on her face. i've already made my husband stop using his eau de toilette, i thought it might be some allergy. however, i have a doctors appointment on monday for her vaccination, lets see what he says. will let you know

if u have breast milk, press out some to apply on her face, it will be healed in a day or two. I did this a lot on my baby's face and soon his face was so smooth and clean.
