Recommended areas for families with young kids

Hi. I will be moving to Hong Kong with my husband and 2 kids (6mths and 2 years old). Can someone recommend some areas suitable for us to raise the kids? We would prefer somewhere less crowded and polluted. And probably where we can find good preschools for our kids as well.

There are lots of great neighborhoods in HK, but all boils down to your budget, commute to work etc. Would recommend staying in a serviced apartment the first month until you get your bearings and explore HK and find an area that you like.
