Recommendations for child-friendly holiday destinations

Please can anyone recommend destinations they have been to with their little ones that were enjoyable (as opposed to just stressful ?!)

I have a 2 year old girl and we are hoping to get away for a one week and a bit break over Christmas in Asia somewhere.

Would really like to hear your experiences !

Hi Wineglass,

Laguna Phuket is a great place with kids. We stayed at the Dusit Laguna.

The Dusit kids club organise daily activities for kids from face painting, feeding the fish puppet shows etc.
They've also got a great Spa for you to relax ;-)

Other kiddie friendly hotels in Laguna are the Sheraton and I think also the Allamanda.
