Recommendation requested for Delivery in Kowloon

Dear all
My wife and I are excited with our first child preparing to arrive at the end of December.
But we are still in a fix what would be best solution to make sure the arrival of the baby smooth.

It will be really great if you help me with some suggestions on the following:
1. At the moment we are seeing doctor at QE Hospital (its near from our home, we live in TST), but I heard deliverying in Private will be little more comfortable.
Which private hospital will be good to go in Kowloon? Any recommendation for ob-gyn for Delivery?

2. We want to do a 4D scan for the baby. When is the right time to do that? Any recommendation where we can do that?

3. Also needed advice antenatal yoga and antenatal massage...are they good for the baby?

Too many questions! But I believe friends here have good knowledge and info that can be very helpful for us.

1. St Teresa Hospital
2. First 4D scan is done between 19 to 22 weeks
3. Keep moderate active and some yoga is good (check youtube)
 
Congratulations on your little bundle of joy!

1. St Teresa is a good private hospital and not as expensive as some of the HK island hospitals.

You can ask the hospital for the names of Drs who are able to deliver there.

I think Dr Shell Wong delivers there and is in TST

Also there are Indian ladies who do Baby and Mummy massages. Some do prenatal massages. Let me know if you need their contacts and will dig them up.
