Recommendation for real estate agent (southside/stanley)

Dear Moms,

I am looking for a Southside real estate agent to help rent an apartment. But I don't know which company is good/reliable. Any recommendations/experience on this? Thanks!

Hi Blee

When we were looking to rent a place a fantastic woman called Kim Forder showed us around. She is a partner in a company called At Home in Hong Kong http://www.athomeinhongkong.com/

We didn't end up renting a place on the south side which is her specialty and I haven't ever had dealings with the company from the viewpoint of a landlord, but Kim is very professional and knowledgeable (having lived in HK for over 30yrs), and an extremely nice person to deal with.

We found something in Tai Tam via househunters.com.hk. Very good experience. They have several agents from various countries around the world.
