We found it is pretty hard to get any sort of posters in hong kong so we went online. There are lots of nice ones from allposter.com with reasonable prices. It usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to deliver.

Was in Kowloon yesterday yesterday and saw loads of baby posters for $20 selling on the street, but all of chinese babies, so I'm not sure if thats what you're looking for?

At La Leche League in Hong Kong we sell breastfeeding posters which have babies on them. They are available in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese. They are A3 size and cost $25 each or $35 laminated plus postage. We have a total of 13 designs. Yes, I think they are soooo cute (as are all babies), but I bought one for my Sister-in-law who'se Brazilian and my brothers who'se Chinese, so cute. Saw them on Nathan Rd, where the chinese emporium is, Yue wa. I think the nearest stop is Jordan MTR.
