This is a shot in the dark, but some of you might know...
Does anyone know where I can get good lingzhi in HK? And what would characterize "good" lingzhi? Is it best taken in raw form (boiled) or in tablet/capsule form? I've heard that it is very good for cancer patients, but does anyone know whether taking lingzhi has any side effects?
AND, last question, is there any legal way to ship or bring it in to Canada? I think lingzhi is rather expensive and I don't want to risk it getting confiscated at customs.
Thanks for your help.
