To register you need to call the hospital.

another question, is that means that in public hospital if I have private investigation, I will have the same doctor delivering my baby?

public hospital - private patient

When I was a private patient at a public hospital, I was cared for by the same OB w/ whom I had all my appointments. It was fine.
