Hi,

My baby is about 80 days and he has a heart murmur... We received a letter from clinic to visit Queen Mary hospital. We were late in applying his VISA and thus it's now in the process... Does anyone know if his VISA should be activated once it's approved to be applicable for eligible fee payment in queen mary!? Do we need to visit Macao to activate the VISA or just the approval of VISA will do?

Sorry to hear about your little one. Don't worry he's in safe hand with the Drs at Queen Mary.

Babies don't need to exit to activate their dependent visa. If you book an appointment online with immigration you should get the visa on the same day.

If you aren't able to an appointment with immigration before QM, take baby's birth certificate with you, your passport and ID card. Good luck
