Queen Elizabeth hospital past experience?

Hi everyone! I just found out I am pregnant, and am trying to decide whether choosing a public hospital is a good idea or not. My 1st baby, I had it in London (NHS hospital) and I thought everything was fine! So that's why I thought maybe public hospital here would also be OK?
Anyone had experience in QE?
