pump rental?

Does anyone know if it's possible to rent a breast pump in HK anymore? I've seen threads about Medula but they're all years old. Has anyone rented/tried to rent recently?

Easy to rent from Celki Medical. I picked one up a couple of weeks ago. They have several branches including Melbourne Plaza on Queens Road Central. Worth calling first as they sometimes don't have them in stock immediately but will call you when they get one back.
 
Agree with the above poster. Celki has Mendela pumps for hire but call first as you may need to be waiting listed.

From memory, I think Annerley has pumps for hire too.

If you are planning to pump I would also recommend the pumpease hands free 'bra'. It is life changing and I wish someone would have told me about it earlier!
 
Mummymoo, can you buy the pumpease in HK? What did you like so much about it? Do you just attach it and it just goes?
 
It looks either horrible or very funny looking on (depending on your sense of humour). I loved it because if freed both my hands! I could email, use my phone, comfort my baby or even feed/change the LO with the 'free' breast and not worry about the pump/bottles slipping ect. as I say, life changing. Worked really well with the Mendela symphony pump.

I didn't buy it in HK because I couldn't find it. I just bought it directly from the manufacturer in Canada and paid international shipping. I bought 2, so that whilst one was being washed the other could be used. Works a treat!
 
A little OT, but don't you wish that with all this modern technology and beautiful appliance design that the breast pump could be less archaic and unsightly??? Just saying...I'm glad my pumping days are behind me (for now).
