Pulled my neck Please help!

Yesterday evening i pulled my neck drying my Hair. I am not sure it it has anything to do with the pregnancy as i have not done anything out of ordinary. The pain is now also in my shoulder and i have hedeache. Can someone please recomend me chario that can help. Someone good. It is so hard to choose someone at random from Internet. Thanks a lot!
