pull-up pant

I have been potty training my 23 months old son now and is progressing very well. He is able to passs urine and motion in the potty whenever i ask him to. of cos there is still 'accidents', that's why I still have him wear pull-up pant. But the problem is he is very skinny about 11 - 12kg esp at the waist and the smallest pull-up pant is only large which is a slightly big for him. Anybody knows of any brand pull-up pant that's smaller relatively?
 
My daughter is using Pampers pull up pants L size (9kg to 11kg or more, not sure) (orange colour packing) and the pull up pant is white colour. I think the M size is even smaller.
