Public Hospital Delivery - looking for a private obstetrician recommendation

Hi everyone!

My wife is 9 weeks pregnant and we have decided to give birth at Queen Elizabeth, our local public hospital.

We?d like to find a good private obstetrician for the antenatal checkups to supplement the public care, and wondered if anyone had any recommendations?

My wife is from Hong Kong so would prefer a local doctor, but as I?m western I?d like to find someone who has good English and a good bedside manner.

Some of the previous posts on this subject are quite old whilst others recommend doctors who seem to only accept patients if you use them for a private delivery.

Any updated recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

At this point my wife is still keen on a friendly local bilingual doctor as she also wants to be able to chat in Cantonese. I will look into some that you mention.
