Private message not showing up

I received an email notification of a new private message. I logged in to my geobaby account but that message was not available in the inbox. How can I reply to the original sender of the private message???

We can look into this, could you let us know who the sender and/or message subject was?

Ex: You have received a new private message at Geobaby Forums from (sender), entitled "(message subject)".
