pls check out Planet Yoga (just above California fitness) at Lan Kwai Fong - Central. I had mine there whilst i was pregnant and now taking their post natal yoga too. mentioned u were referred by me and both of us will have freebies & further discounts.

Try Yogalimbs.. classes are smaller and its in my opinion les commercialised than Planet and Pure.. www.yogalimbs.com. I practice at Yogalimbs because the classes are smaller the instructors are able to give you more attention.
I started classes at the Mandarin Landmark after I had my 2nd baby. I wished that I'd discovered the classes here during my pregnancy.
In the regular classes ther are never more than about 8 students, so you get lot's of assistance and support from the teacher.
The teacher Tiana is great. They run pre-natal classes at 11am on Thursdays. There number is: 2132-0011
One Class $220, Series of 10 sessions $1,600, Series of 20 sessions $2,980. Valid for 12 months from purchase on any yoga class.
Superficial I know, but the changing room facilities are great compared to small studio's where you have to just change your clothes in the corner of the studio.

I've talked with a professional certified yoga teacher (she's Italian/American) and she willing to come to my apt club house to teach yoga class for us and our little ones. Please find details below:
Starting date: Apr 20 - June 22 (10 classes)
Fee: HK$2000
Place: Tseung Kwan O (5mins walk from PoLam MTR station), or drive and park at the apt covered carpark, inside a high ceiling mirrored gym room.
Class size: max 8 pairs of moms & babies.
