prenatal yoga classes on hk island

any suggestions for prenatal yoga classes on hk island? preferably on island east. most places I see online are central.

pure yoga has only prenatal classes in afternoon on weekdays and one class on Saturdays. anyone know whether the other yoga classes would also be suitable for pregnancy?
 
I currently join Pure Yoga's prenatal class opening in CBW and I do enojy it as I am still working and it relax my stress on the shoulder and back.

You can try Hatha 1 and Yin class as well. I found it was getting harder to me when I was above 16 weeks of pregnancy. It depends on your body situation actually. I know some of mom still take Hatha 1 in the week of 20.
