Prenatal Yoga and Massage

Hi there,
Any recommendations for a prenatal yoga classes? I can go to TST, Causeway bay or central....
Also, any one recommendations for prenatal massage?

I've done a few classes at the Yoga Room and really liked them. They have a number of pre-natal classes throughout the week. I tried the pre-natal class at Iyengar Yoga Centre but found it too restorative for my liking.

I tried pure yoga before. It is quite good, many facilities. branches in CWB and TST . u can tried this
