Premmie sizes in HK??

I'm pretty sure that Mothercare has a "tiny baby" size, and often I see those sizes at Togs Unlimited as well - it's not the most common size that people by so there's always stock... I think that Marks and Spencers also has that size too... that's where I'd try... Nappies, I'm not so sure.

My daughter's a premmie & was only 2.7kg at birth. We bought premmie clothes at M&S and H&M (their sizes seem to run small, so 0-month fit).
She didn't really wear a lot of onesies during the first month as they were too big. Instead we put her in one of those shirt with ties, then swaddled her.

As for diapers, we found pampers premmie ones at Gateway. We also used regular newborn pampers and folded the top of the front before taping the Velcro. Huggies don't fold as nicely because it's stiffer. Some Japanese brands are also smaller in size, too.

For nappies, ask the NICU staff in the hospital. There's a shop located in Sheung Wan where you can order preemie size nappies. The NICU has that shop's details and order form.

Don't know where preemie clothes are sold. I'm a father of preemie twins (1kg each at birth) and they were never required to be clothed in the NICU until months later when they're almost ready to be discharged. (They're either in an incubator or clothed in the hospital's tiny robes) By the time they're ready to be clothed in personal items, the newborn sizes fit alright albeit rather loosely.
