Pregnant with possible multiples, more than 2

Hi All
I am really sorry if this post seems insensitive or upsets anyone. But I am desperate to get some advice and knowledge about the situation in HK.
I recently had IVF and had 2 embryos transfered.
My beta blood test came back high at 2025. I have been told this could mean multiples, more than 2.
I am quite concerned about this for the health of the embryos and my own health. Of course it is early days and I am anxiously counting down the days til I can have a scan. I had made no decisions and just want to be informed at this stage.
I was wondering how HK hospitals (private or public) approach this. Do they consider reduction?
At what stage to they consider this if they do?
I am assuming they give advice, choices and support.

Hi, first if all congratulations for the successful IVF! The high beta blood test means that you will expect twins. Never heard that you can have more than two if only two embryos are transferred. Suggest you to stay calm and wait first. It's awesome to have twins!

One embryo can split to create twins. The same way you can have 1 embryo transfered and have twins. So there can me more than 2.
I am feeling more calm now, but my ideal scenario is still one healthy baby. Twins can create a health risk.
I will stay calm and see what happens at first scan
