Pregnancy safe foot massage??

I'm 29 weeks pregnant and have very sore swollen feet. I'm absolutely desperate for a foot massage. Can anyone recommend somewhere/someone I can go to that is safe for pregnant women.

I don't want to risk premature labour, so would prefer someone who is experienced with pregnant clients.

I use to have pregnancy massage at Body Conscious, at the Centrium building in Wyndham Street. I did more the back and legs, but they should be able to help you.
 
I went to Happy Foot in Central several times and they were great. They just know where not to press etc., since it is reflexology and that is what it is all about. If you were worried you could specify when you make an appointment to make sure you get someone that really understands pregnancy.
 
I got foot massages until mid 3rd trimester. I read to avoid the ankle bc that`s where there is a point that can cause contractions, so I just told the ladies to avoid there. They also just did it fairly lightly since I was pregnant.
 
Pregnancy massage is also available at Sutherland-Chan Centre in Central, located on the 15th Fl of Capitol Plaza at 2-10 Lyndhurst Terrace. All the therapists are qualified to perform pregnancy massage and use a special pregnancy cushion for increased comfort. They can also do lymph drainage that may help the swelling. I went to Serena Fung at Beaute Scents at Causeway BAy. She specializes in pregnancy massage and is familiar with all the ailments that come with pregnancy. Reasonable prices too esp if you book a package. Nice lady too, does not push you to keep buying products/services. Sorry to reply so late, but please give Kathy Kitzis a try! She is very qualified and has twins herself, so really knows the aches and pains of a pregnant woman's body.

She is trained in Ante and Post-Natal Massage, Infant Massage and is getting her training to be a doula!
