Would anyone be interested in a pregnancy pilates class, held in the evening in Sai Kung? The instructor needs 1 or 2 more interested ladies before she can run the class. The class will be small and very reasonably priced!
The instructor holds a class at Tina's Dance Studio (not sure of the name, but it's the same road as Pizza Hut & HSBC), so I assume the preggie class will be held at the same venue.
With regards to how far along you should be, I couldn't say myself, but I can put you in touch with her if you like. I'm 18 weeks, and had no problems in the trial class, because everything she did with me was fully suitable for pregnant women.
