Hi all, there are a few previous posts on this, but I can't find anything recent... Does anyone have a recommendation for a good pregnancy massage? My back is killing me!!
I had one at Elemis which was wonderful and very spa like but I didn't have serious back issues. They have properly trained masseuses but you might still want to go to Sutherland-Chan or A Mother's Touch for a more physio-like approach.
I really liked the one at Oriental Spa Landmark Mandarin!!!
Also Spa L'Occitane is quite nice and gentle. I went there when i was 4 weeks pregnant it was quite good.
I go to Jonine Nash at the Matilda Medical centre in Central - she specialises in prenatal physio and is amazing - very good at preparing your body for the extra weight you're carrying around.
