pre-school/playgroup for 19month old?

hi, we've been in hk for 4 weeks now, have 2 children, one 7 this week and one 19 months old. we're waiting for school place for 7 year old, and currently going down the home tutor route, but was wondering about my 19 month old. Are there any recommended pre-school/playgroup places that you know of in the Happy Valley area, and if so, what age do 'young ones' start going?
