Pre-natal yoga

Where else can i find this, preferably in Central. During daytime, weekdays as i'm not working. I used to go to Robbie of yoga central, but she is leaving HK, so i have to look around for other studios. Thanks.

Hi there

Another place u can check is Pure Yoga. Not sure what type of yoga they have but know they offer pre natal classes. Might be worth checking them out. I think their Central location is at IFC Mall.

Yogalimbs is also good (in Western): www.yogalimbs.com. They have a prenatal class 2 or 3 times a week in the middle of the day.
