Pre-natal Classes

Hello,

Any recommendations for an English language class pre-natal class, for both parents? Preferably in Kowloon/TST or around Central. We are giving birth (well, my wife is!) at the Sanatorium. Probably looking to go in late March/April.

I can HIGHLY recommend Brooke at Gravida Discovery Bay. I took her class before our son was born and it was fantastic. Very in-depth, informative, easy to follow. I learned more through Brooke than I did through reading or through the hospital classes. She covers all things from pregnancy, birth and even breastfeeding. She's a native English speaker too..

I can recommend Annerley. They are all midwives and medically trained. Their classes are very informative and they know how the Hong Kong system works. Good luck!
